Dispatch speed vs. government cutoffs: Requesting Priority Same-Day Notary Dispatch means our Notary Desk prepares and hands your physical packet to the carrier on the same business day (for requests before 2:00 PM CT), with typical carrier transit of 2–5 business days. Expedited mailing never waives or bypasses a government advance-registration cutoff (such as Clark County, Nevada’s 30-day Single-Ceremony deadline or Virginia’s Circuit Court petition process). If your ceremony is within 30 days in a pre-registration jurisdiction, call the issuing local clerk or court immediately before reserving physical documents.
Common support policies
1. Free Legal-Name Corrections: Your Certificate of Ordination and Letter of Good Standing must match your government photo ID. Email registrar@ordainedministers.org with your AG-2026-XXXXXX Credential ID for a complimentary name correction.
2. Freshly Dated Letters of Good Standing: Certain clerks require your Letter of Good Standing to be dated within 30 to 60 days of the ceremony. Share your wedding date with our Registrar Desk so your letter is dated inside the clerk’s required window.
3. Cancellations & Replacements: Any optional physical credential reservation may be cancelled at no charge prior to shipment, and any packet damaged in transit or containing a registrar typographical error is replaced free of charge.
